I wasn't sure what to expect from the exterior and the name that appears on the main road sign, "Tea and Yogurt", sort of throws you off. After all, I WAS looking for "The Tea Shoppe" not yogurt, but I went inside and was very pleasantly surprised! Their selection of tea is quite amazing. The owner, manager and staff are warm and welcoming. My daughter and I had "afternoon tea" and it was excellent. Everything was so fresh, tasty and well made! The shoppe is great for parties. My daughter and I booked her baby shower there and are so thrilled. We know everyone will enjoy it!

The Tea Shoppe is a delightful place to take tea with friends and decompress from the rest of the world. Everyone in the group today loved the atmosphere, the delicious food and perfect service. You are a gem in Howell!

Looks are deceiving. When my friend and I arrived, I wasn't too sure what to expect, but the atmosphere inside was soothing, the portions of tea sandwiches and sweet treats were very generous and there was a selection of 200 teas to choose from. There is also an abundance of tea pots, tea sets and tea paraphernalia to purchase. Service was excellent and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our tea. I also made a reservation to celebrate my friend's upcoming birthday as well.
