Having become a customer of yours a short time ago and being in your store numerous times, I wanted to take the time to recognize one of your employees, Rachel. I came into your store on a Monday and she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable. About a week and a half later, I dropped by and was pleased to find her working. Once again she exceeded my expectations on customer service and she even remembered my name! In this day and age when customer service seems to have gone by the way side, it is refreshing to meet such and outstanding individual. Aside from your store having an excellent selection and very reasonable prices, Rachel's attitude, personality and customer service skills have created a “customer for life”!
