Silver Spoon Tea House
Wonderful selection of European teas on their menu that can be purchased to take home at the counter. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, inviting, and regal without having a single ounce of pretentiousness. The owner is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and service is personable and friendly. To date, I've had the Darjeeling, Assam, Russian Caravan, and Raspberry Litchi teas and have loved them all. The walk-in Petite Tea Service for 2 is a perfect light lunch, though Silver Spoon truly shines when you make a reservation for one of their afternoon tea services. The various sandwiches, pastries, and cakes are a delight and complement their tea perfectly.
