Belladonna Gift Boutique and Tea Room
I have been to many formal teas in large hotels around the world and didn't know what to expect from a quaint tea room. What an experience! The room is filled with memories and touches of the past when women really did take time for each other. The tea selection was the best I have ever tasted and the scones were to die for. The presentation of each course was such a delight - we took pictures of each one. The desserts were so incredible we did not want to eat them, but of course we did - strawberries filled with chocolate mousse and topped with toffee bites ! ! ! ! ! The owner, Donna, puts her heart and soul into every inch of this facility. The boutique has so much to choose from that you just stand in one place and look for an hour. It's a shoppers paradise. We left with several bags - each purchase is gift wrapped for you in sweet little bags and ribbons/bows. Even the purchase for myself is llike a gift I get to unwrap when I get home. I can't wait to come back with more friends and family to share in this experience. It was like going to another world altogether, where life is to be enjoyed and shared.

Thank you Emily, I, too, love going to hotels for tea. The pomp and circumstance is so exciting. Their formal air is to make us feel so important and intimidated at the same time. I'm so glad you found my little shop to be more quaint and personal. I think of every guest as a friend stopping over for tea. I am still excited to serve each course - hoping to bless and delight you. I hope to see you soon - or maybe we could go to a hotel together and both be served. Donna
