Infini-Tea
I was amazed at the total high level of service at a tea room in such a small town. However, I am used to fine dining as my son is a Culinary Institute of America graduate, who was Sous Chef at the Brown Palace in Denver, and my husband was an International traveler and we enjoyed some of the finest dining in the world. If I dismiss all the above I was still super impressed from the Hostess (Owner)? who greated us, the way hot tea was served to my friend with a timer that rang after the 4 min. period it took to steep and whereon our waitress immediately returned to pour her tea. From the table linens which I noticed were changed after each diner had departed, to the tasteful music and the bus boy who dropped a napkin on the way to reset a table and then returned that particular napkin to the kitchen. I highly recommed this tea room and will return for yet another meal, very soon. Sincerely, Gailan B. Sheahan
