Who ever wrote that defaming comment must have been at the wrong place. 28EAST is a beaufiful place, elegant, charming.fine china, silver, glasware, cloth tablelinens, excellent food and service. I have been to tea rooms both in the US and Europe more times than I can count and 28EAST ranks a 10 PLUS.
