The Pegg House Tea Room
I love this tearoom! It's amazing how good a tiny little sandwich can taste...she used the softest bread I've ever had. The chicken salad was delicious. I've eaten scones from many different places. These were the very, very best--light, melt-in-your-mouth, with beautifully browned tops and sugar (and devonshire cream!). So good. The tearoom is an historic home in our town. A very charming place to linger.
