Scatter Joy
My mother and I went to Scatter Joy for high tea. We were presented with a tea menu with many wonderful choices. One of their customer favorites is a caramel creme brule tea which was so very delicious! We bought some to take home with us. High tea is served with a salad, tea sandwiches, scones, and various tartlets and dessert. Everything we had looked and tasted wonderful! The service could not have been better, we were made to feel very comfortable and had all of our needs taken care of. We will absolutely return! :)
