Cynthia's Tea Garden
Excellent place to enjoy a high tea. I went with my 5 year old daughter and met two friends and we had a very relaxing time!! Cynthia was very gracious and was more than willing to work out a plate that met my lactose intolerance issues. Reservation is recommended for high tea!! Excellent time!!
