Olivia's Tea Room
I just wanted to remark on Amy,s comments about Olivias. I just had my granddaughter and her friend (both 6) to a afternoon tea here and it was just great. First, most tearooms will not take children (Esp. under 6), second, the ladies at Olivia,s tell you when you call for reservations what to expect, from the wonderful kid friendly food to the assortment of tea they do have. My girls just loved that there was so many flavors to pick from instead of just one kind. We also love the mix of china dishes on the tables and although there were no linen( paper napkins are fine for children) everything was just lovely. The girls just loved that they could bring there dolls to sit with them at the table.The ladies at Olivia,s are so great with the kids and the girls really enjoyed the craft they did with them. It really made the day special. As for feeling rush, we were there for over an hour and also hade lots of time for shopping in ther great store. They have anything a girl could want for there dolls. The mobile service Amy referred to 'is' more expensive and you have to have a min. number of children. You still have the mess in your home and you do not have the tearoom charm. Katie's mother will be bringing her here for her 7 birthday! This is such a wonderful place for little girls (big ones too!). Thanks you ladies for a great time.
