Victorian Grace
I went with two girlfriends on 8/9/09. The little pink building didn't look like much on the outside but the inside was absolutely charming. We sat in the main room but they also have adorable private rooms on a first come/first serve basis. We started with a delicious potato soup and a fruity tea. We weren't asked what kind of tea we wanted but it didn't really matter, we all loved it. I later requested decaf and she brought out another beautiful pot brewed just for me. The three tiered tray of goodies was beautifully presented and the food delicious. My absolute favorite (and my girlfriend's too) was the blueberry and white chocolate chip scone with Devonshire cream. It was warm and the chocolate gooey. Just perfect. Our hostess and part owner's name I believe was Loretta and she was very gracious. Being 8 months pregnant, I was hot and she had a fan set up for me. I would definitely recommend this tea house and plan on coming back with my little girl. PS even the ladies room is set up like a Victorian Powder room!
