Step inside the Wildflower Tea Room and Emporium and you might think you’ve stumbled into a Beatrix Potter Book. Mrs. Tittlemouse would approve of the yummy finger sandwiches, melt-in-your-mouth scones (served with lemon curd and Devonshire cream, oh yes!) and tempting array of desserts which come on 3-tiered servers to accompany properly brewed tea presented in English china pots on warming racks. Enjoying High Tea here will convince you to make time for the finer things in life. The tea never gets cold or runs out, so you can leisurely savor the finger foods and take a breather from our high speed world. Wildflower is right on Hwy 71, convenient for nearby residents and travelers alike. It could become habit forming, but what a lovely habit to have!
