Lavender Bleu Gift Shop and Tea Room
I visit many tea shops in Oregon and Washington and the Lavender Bleu Tea Room is my absolute favorite. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent and it's very close to what you would get in Britain. I'm always recommending this tea shop to my friends! The gift shop is cute and has a lot of great trinkets.
