There isn't a discription in the Webster Dictionary to discribe the afternoon tea at the Ritz-Carlton with 'Mr. Tea', Jeffrey Hattrick. As a vistor, I was treated to a delightful afternoon full with aviance fit for a queen. I have been to many tea's in my life time but none compared to todays from the moment Jeffery greeted us to our last goodbye it was a culinary experience of artisty delightly. Jeffery is The Ritz-Carlton 'Mr. Tea'
