The Pink Bicycle Tea Room
Ditto what Serena said below. This is a casual, fun experience, not the Ritz. Come to relax! Service is a bit slow, but very charming, and food might seem a bit pricey, but one is paying for the exquisite experience of sitting in Old Town Occoquan. The scone was one of the best I've ever tried, and came with luscious raspberry curd, a new experience for me. The finger sandwiches were good. My friends and I lollygagged there for 2-1/2 fun and delightful hours, and were offered all the tea we could drink--and it was excellent tea! We definitely are returning because the place is absolutely delightful.
