Barclay's Flower Art and Tea Garden
We attended one of Charlotte's Teas for a birthday celebration and found her knowledgeable, friendly,professional, the food was exquisite. She had some young girls come in for a 'manners' class and she was wonderful with them. We cannot say enough nice things about this tearoom.
