The Roswell Teahouse
I did not order tea, but some of the black tea offerings were tempting: specifically black currant and blackberry sounded good. I ordered the 'beauty' salad, which comes with mixed greens, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi slices, and your choice of chicken or salmon. I chose the salmon. I was nervous when the salad first arrived as it was slightly fishy smelling, but the fish tasted great so it may have been the dill I was smelling. The salad comes with two dressing options: I elected the ginger dressing. I was expecting a vinegar based dressing similar to what you get a japanese steakhouses, but their dressing is a creamy dressing. The ginger taste is not too strong, and the dressing is a good addition to the salad. The dressing must be a popular item because they offer jars of it for sale on the menu. I will definitely return to The Roswell Tea House when I have more time to enjoy myself and when I'm not flying solo.
