Amai Tea & Bake House
I recently discovered this gem on my way to work one day. They have great selection of tea. They are responsible for my Dong Ding addiction :) The green tea muffins are delish. Service is great, I love that they can actually make a decent cuppa to go. The store is tiny so grab a seat as quickly as you can. Groups of mom's with carriages often take up a lot of space in front.
