I love to go to tearooms and I was excited about trying Rowena's, however, when I got there I waited for a very long time for someone to seat me. Eventually I stopped a server and asked about being seated. Even though there were empty tables she told me they were too busy and that I should come back another day. Needless to say, I did not return and have told others about Rowena's lack of customer service.
