The English Rose Tea Room and Gifts
The English Rose makes for a great afternoon. The service is wonderful and being able to try as many types of tea is great. It is a relaxing afternoon where you don't feel rushed. I have been twice and both visits were wonderful. I have been to another english tea place in the East Bay and they can't even compete. Take your friends, sisters, cousins, moms...all will enjoy.
