Tea Upon Chatsworth
I absolutely adore this place and my husband does too! I've been to Tea-upon-chatsworth twice and both times my husband and I had a wonderful experience. The food is delectable and my husband is quite fond of the green tea and rice cuplets. I myself love the scones! There is not a single place that does Scones like Joy does them! I too have been to a dozen tea houses but none have quality tea or perfected the brewing of tea as Tea-upong-chatsworth does! The service is also exceptional, Joy and her staff are very kind and attentive. I can think of no better way to spend a weekend afternoon. See you again soon Joy! Always such a pleasure!
