I have been to Rowena's several times now and I must admit that everytime I'm there I get the most amazing treatment. The ladies that work there are the sweetest ladies and are always catering to everything we want. They are quick to serve us and refill our tea so that it is hot and that our pot is always full. The sandwiches are tasty and the cakes delicious. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. I live in Hawaii and this is a lovely treat I am able to enjoy with my sister when visiting Norfolk. I would definitely recommend Rowena's to anyone looking for a nice place for tea and fantastic friendly service.
