I don't have an easy time eating out, so I've had their loose leaf teas at home and the taste, decent pricing, and sheer friendliness of the staff just make this place so wonderful. Having been stuck with the Teavana at the Cerritos Mall for a while, it was an absolutely refreshing encounter to go in and talk tea without feeling pressured to buy or having a sales associate following nervously behind. Two family members of mine ate here as a birthday brunch for one of them, and they were completely charmed with the whole thing - there's a little stand of hats you may wear for photos, or bring your own in. Highly affordable, and once I get over my personal foibles, I hope to enjoy a nice tea and scone sitting in this incredibly relaxing place. :)
