One Steep at a Thyme
At the Jamesburg soup competition, we sampled the best French Onion soup we'd ever had. We've been going to One Steep at a Thyme for a full year now, usually once a month and the quality never wavers. Two full pages of available teas, food that is so good you wish she sold it in bulk (the house salad dressing and cranberry chicken salad are particularly delicious), and scones that are always delicately delicious. The house is beautiful. There's an old hammered tin ceiling in one of the rooms that is really captivating. The love and attention that went into this tearoom is remarkable. Kathy always comes by the table and the servers are always knowledgeable and engaging. We highly recommend this place!
