It's unfortunate that another reviewer thought it okay to duplicate her negative review 6 times. She must have had a really bad experience there. But one bad experience does not deserve 6 bad reviews. I've visited this location on at least 5 different occasions, and each time the service has been pleasant, and the food is of course wonderful. The ambience is absolutely lovely and top notch.
