I stumbled upon this while sightseeing and was surprised they serve gongfu style tea. The street is noisy, but inside and in the backyard is quiet. Owner and the staff speak English, very polite. Ended up buying some lovely Jasmine white tea. If you find yourself in Zagreb this is a great place to get away from the crowds and noise.
