I have been to several tea places with my mom in the IE and OC. Although the inside of this tea room is charming, the food, for what you pay, and the service was just ok. I had mentioned that it was my mothers birthday and wanted to do something special and there was no offer. The service was efficient but not warm and inviting. We drove a further distance to reach this tea room, next time we will go to the ones closer to us.
