Celebrating two birthdays on 1/28/2015 with friends. We encountered a very rude owner/server that wanted to ensure she was inconvenienced by a simple question/inquiry and had a horrible attitude. She lacked true customer service and interaction skills. We have frequently visited this tearoom on numerous occasions with several people and never experienced this type of service. While the food and teas are delicious and the decor is sweet, this experience has definitely impacted us to NOT return. The woman was confrontational and argumentative. I will not be returning! Not sure if she is part owner or just a server, but her skills need polishing when handling he public. Her behavior is not what one would want to emulate and frankly, she should have been gracious and hospitipal. No excuses!
