Wisdom Tea House
Visited for the first time recently on a Saturday and it was disappointing at best. Our friends highly recommended it and were so embarrassed by the unexpected outcome. Extreme delays in receiving our food only to have it delivered incorrectly (2 of 4 meals) and THEN have it brought back a 2nd time incorrect; we were both worn and out of time and received it as delivered. All four persons agreed, it was as though we experienced, live, a 'How Not To' run a teahouse drama unfolding. Sent follow up email to management only to receive a 'yes, we indeed had compounded staff problems that day and should have done better' response. Thanks for the first and last visit.
