Variety: Makes you feel like home; homemade food, family atmosphere, comfortable - a nice place to come over and over again. |

Variety: I hadn't planned to have lunch, but passed by, and I was pleasantly surprised. I had soup and the wonderful parmesan and spinach appetizers. Service was excellent. Surrounds are very pleasant. Only thing for me was the stairs to get to cafe. Best wishes. |

Variety: I was there on 7/25/09 for my first visit and definitely NOT my last! Our family enjoyed the chicken salad and sweet potato salad the best. |

Variety: I found this tea house using this tearoom directory and couldn't have been more happy with my experience there. I hosted a surprise baby shower for a friend, and when I called a week ahead, they offered their private room for our small party (5 women). It wasn't overlooking the square like the rest of the restaurant (which was beautiful, btw - I peeked :) ), but the space was absolutely perfect. We ordered the full tea and had a delightful time trying the many different loose teas and using the french presses. Everyone loved the teas (we tried the peach, luscious vanilla, and mint teas). The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The tea room was full of personality around every corner, and the gift shop below was brimming with vintage fun. I was hoping for a unique experience for our unique group, and that's what we got! A whole lot of fun! |
