Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: The first time I experienced Willow's was at a bridal shower where I tasted these amazing cucumber finger sandwiches... then someone said they were catered by this tea shop a few blocks away from where I worked! This is a great place for ladies to get together for afternoon tea (peach tea is my favorite) or to enjoy a laid-back bite during the downtown Panama City lunch rush! How wonderful! Also, I am looking forward to my daughter's first tea party here...

Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: Great homemade cakes, jam and devonshire cream and nice variety of teas. Excellent service as well as assortment of British groceries. Scone recipe could be improved. Ambience was only thing we didn't love. Felt more like a deli than a tea room. Still work a visit when you are in Panama City.
