A friend and I visited this tea room today expecting much more than what was offered. The atmosphere was very delightful and cozy. However, service was VERY POOR!!. Was way too long to wait and the fact that there was only one waitress to serve three rooms. I ordered the chicken noodle soup which was nothing but a thin broth with very little else in it. I came home quite hungry and disappointed. We shall not patronize this tea room again.

A dear friend and I were looking for a place to enjoy a long-overdue visit and lunch. It was our first time to visit Willows Edge and we were thrilled! The charming rooms are beautifully decorated and make you feel calm and comfortable. We had the high tea and the sandwiches, fresh fruit, and sweets were delicious! We tried different teas (white with peach, Blackberry, and black with orange). There were others who came and went for lunch as we visited but the calm relaxing atmosphere never changed and we never felt rushed. We had great service with water refills and freshly brewed tea as we chatted. We will return again and again. I plan to take Canadian relatives as they visit, as well as local friends and relatives. A great tea room to share with others.

My husband and I have been two times. Relaxing, charming, and great tea and goodies. What more can you ask for?

I held a wedding shower at the Willows Edge for 15 guests. The people at the Willows Edge were fantastic and helped us make a day truly unforgettable for all who attended. They went over and above in all aspects, from decorations - the owner went to 4 flower shops to find purple/lavendar colored flowers that would compliment the brides colors, to the food which besides being beautifully presented, tasty and plentiful - the owner even prepared vegan/gluten free scones for some of our guests as they were vegan and gluten intolerant, to the special table settings that best complimented the brides colors. The service was exceptional - courteous and helpful. I have been to many tea rooms, and this is by far the nicest experience I have ever had. In my opinion this tea room should be rated ... (more)

The the atmosphere was wonderfu;! Beautiful victorian decor, but not too overly done with bric-a-brac. The service was the best i've seen! The sweets were very tummy and the scones were especially fantastic! Very quaint an and whimsic cottage! I'll be sure to come back for more!

What a nice find! Bright, cheery, and very girly. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was walking in to spring. Located right off the Mukilteo Ferry waiting line, this is a very charming little spot set in a Victorian style house with lots of gardens. The tea was very good, the food was very very good and the service.....well.........not so good. Tea sandwiches were really great. There are a couple choices on the menu that I wasn't so hot about but they were very good. I loved the cucumber. The fruit (for the middle of winter) was all very fresh and flavorful. There wasn't a spoiled grape or berry on those plates. The scones were excellent along with the other sweet items.
The day that my friend and I stopped in there it was early afternoon late morning. There was one other tabl... (more)

I have been to Willow's Edge many times and have had all their offerings from high tea, to lunch and dessert, to just going in with a book for a pot of tea and a scone. I enjoyed chatting with Barb, the manager, and loved taking in the atmosphere. Ever since my first visit, I have been enchanted with this 'taste of England' It fulfills my desires to get away from it all, and its like stepping into another country without the hassle of travel. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this to a friend, and I would have them take me!

we went to the willows edge for high tea. we had a wonderful time! the service wasn't spectacular... but nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves! the sandwiches were lovely-- with chicken curry, cucumber, and carrot-raisan options. the tea options were plentiful. i would definitely go back to Willows Edge for another high tea.

The tea room atmosphere was delightful, the 'high tea' presentation very nice, but the service was the slowest I have ever seen anywhere. We were the only ones there, and we had drunk all our tea way before we were served with dubious 'vege?' sandwiches. The price was okay, but that was because there was no protein in the sandwiches. I'll go again, but I will ask them to hurry up the service. It shouldn't take over an hour to be served with tea sandwiches!
