• The Whistling Kettle

  The concept is wonderful. I wanted to like this place, but the waiters lack the experience that a place like this could thrive on.They don't seem to know much about what they're serving nor do they seem to care if you are pleased.

  We are sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience. We were hit with large crowds during the holiday season and employee illnesses left us short staffed during a number of days. As a result each customer could not get as much attention as normal. Since your writing we have added even more staff to better handle large influxes of customers. We hope you give us a second try.
