The Baltimore Coffee and Tea Company
They have a variety of tea; one third of the products they offer are tea. However, they have very little fine loose leaf. If you're looking for bagged tea- this is the place to shop. They do have a great deal of great in-store roasted coffee that they're happy to prepare for you. They also have a full cafe lunch menu (made to order sandwiches) with a few wooden tables for customers. I'd recommend Baltimore Coffee and Tea for locals looking for fresh gourmet coffee- but not for fine tea service.
