'But service does matter also and it was very lacking that day.' This exact phrase used by two different alleged negative reviewers. And all the other reviews came at regular intervals, all five star everything. Sorry, but I smell a rat. I don't believe these reviews are genuine.

Hello Janet. I am not quite sure how to respond to your review. One thing I am sure of is that it is not a resounding endorsement. Let me begin by saying, that if we have failed you in anyway as a service provider, pls accept my most humble apologies. As for the reviews, pls know that they are all in fact genuine...the good and the not so good. If you would like to reach out to a couple of the viewers, from both view points, I am sure that that can be arranged. With their consent of course.
