I'm not a big fan of tea station but I enjoy their drinks and the consistency in each drink that I order. I have observed how this place is run everytime I visit. I learned from one of the workers there that it's diffcult to hire people because of shift availabilty, high new-employee turnover rates and so on. Everyone who works there try their best to serve the customers well but just can't handle the rush. If you try talking to the employees you'll realize that they are really nice and friendly poeple. As a tip, you should try to 'be patient' and observe how each worker tries their best to do what they do here. And yes, be careful of their store rules, it can piss you off only because tea station corporation enforces them.
