Tea Rose Garden
The place I always think of when I need a tea fix. It's never let me down with it's laid back charming nature. Always the perfect pick me up after finals.

They are RARELY open. I had to try for three months to get into this place and when I did I was disappointed. The food all had an after taste and the tea was always luke warm. Lastly it was way too expensive even for tea. Save your money, drive to Chado Tea it's much better.
