The Purple Door Tea Room
My daughter was here from Atlanta, Ga, for her birthday, so my husband and I treated her to a tea luncheon. A co-worker suggested the 'Purple Door Tea Room, since I mentioned I wanted to do something different for her birthday. It was breathtaking, the tables are so elegantly done with fine china, crystal and lovely linen. The menu that day was delicious. We were told they change day to day. The seating is set-up for a intimate feel. The hostess was so gracious, she gave my daughter a gift for her birthday. Even my husband enjoyed his self. We wanted to shop, the boutique and craft gallery, but i will return with my girlfriends and make it an Ladies Afternoon out. I didn't leave without making reservations. real nice to see in the city and more so downtown.
