Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe
I came to the Brambleberry Cottage with a fairly large group of my companions just a few days ago, and I have to say we were thoroughly impressed. When we first arrived, we were welcomed by open arms and the sweetest little building I’ve ever seen. When we walked inside, there was an aroma of freshly picked blueberries that flooded over us, and we knew that we were in for a real treat. As we took our seats, there was colorful fine china on every placemat, carefully and beautifully arranged; I noticed that there were fresh flowers on every single table as well. We couldn’t wait for the tea to come out, and we were only there a few minutes! And just like that, the tea was being poured just as soon as we sat down. We had a few dozen people in our group, so we hadn’t expected anything to be out so soon. The servers were amazing, I have to say. They were there to check on us all the time, making sure we were having a good time and doing anything in their power to accommodate us. Even the deserts were amazing; we could tell that the chef that made them took his/her time to really go all out because the presentation of them was astonishing. They came out in a three tier platter, and each tier was more amazing than the last. It wasn’t until after our high tea was over that we found out that there were only three workers, and that all the teas were made by the owner of the shop! They were amazing, and so was the whole place overall. If you are planning on experiencing high tea, and want to get the full extent of it, than the Brambleberry Cottage is the place to go.
