Happy Lucky's is a great place to relax and really savor a pot of tea with a friend. They have a huge selection, ranging from teas that a non-tea drinker would like, to more expensive and exceptional tasting teas. The service is great and each person who works there has a great personality and a love for tea. Ask them any question about tea! They also have a mission of helping build schools in Cambodia, and they serve many organic or fair trade teas.
