Tealuxe
Now *this* is a tea house. Catering to the artsy, collegiate west side of town, TeaLuxe has loose tea, bags of tea, pots of tea - a large variety, served beautifully. A bar, tables, booths and even sidewalk seating. There was a modest selection of pastries and WiFi is free!

Brookyln Coffee and Tea House
Nice little place, evenings only with live music. More of a “pub” atmosphere but for tea drinkers. The service was good but the selection was limited (only bags).
