  It's funny how some people are rating the British Home Shoppe as a tea room when they are a grocery store. Of course the service is lacking.....they don't serve food you morons!

  What a huge disappointment.I jolly well loved it when it was at it's previous site.I was so upset by the rudeness and coldness of the staff I felt like saying to them Bugger Off.I will never go back as it was the most unpleasant experience of my life!

  This was our favorite tea shop when it was located on Tejon. Several years ago it was sold and relocated to Academy Blvd. and it has never been the same. The current owners are unfriendly and chase you out of the establishment if you visit too long. The dining area is scrunched in with the shop. It has lost the charm that it had on Tejon. The food also doesn't taste as wonderful as it did under the previous owners. After a few visits we haven't gone back. It was an unpleasant experience, which is so sad because this used to be my favorite tea shop in CO.

  There were 4 of us and we were seated at a table at the rear of the store. Kind of looks like an old fashion kitchen table. Nothing elegant. Food was good with a variety of sandwiches and sweets. We ordered the half tea and the full tea. There were 2 other women that came in and had just tea while we were there. The store has some nice british items. Owners were friendly and answered questions.
