This place is more about ambiance than the food or tea. Its a good place to go and see once. The chicken salad taste just like grocery store bought. The quiche was not good at all. The dessert was adequate. They don't sell tea which was a little odd. I thought. The menu only consists of salad, soup and desert. The hot tea was one of the worst I taste. I think the water was melted ice which can give things a weird taste. However the services was really good waiters seem to be really nice and willing to share food options.

Owners need to research what constitutes afternoon tea. Tea was hot water in a teapot and you pick your own teabag. Messy and shows lack of knowing what is good tea. No milk, just the tacky half and half tubs. Scones were awful, more like a cookie. The Devonshire cream was just frosting, not clotted cream. Sweets were box mix mini cupcakes. One good thing, soup was delicious. Sandwiches were uninspired-cucumber sandwiches had thick slices (too many) on a thin layer of plain cream cheese. No plans to return.

I was extremely disappointed to find I was being served premade store bought foods. I won't be back.

I did read reviews and you always get scared when reading others comment ... So most comments where great but the few bad did have me alittle scared . but they offered a deal on groupon and i did purchase this deal.. all i have to say is excellant .... i was very impressed.. i thought the ladies all working here were so kind so friendly. the food also we felt was excellant... i would very much recommend making your own decision . and giving this is try... i have been back several times since my first experiment and have to say ...every time walked out feeling very happy. I will also say if you go on saturday please remember to make a reservation... saturday that i went was very busy . i had no reservation and they still tried there very best to get me in . even offered me free drinks while waiting on a table.. great job girls ... it says alot to not be able to just walk in on a saturday .. doing well

My sister and I went for a high tea after having purchased a voucher from a deal website. I was extremely unimpressed with this tea room. First, I had much difficulty making reservations, and upon arrival, they only had us down for lunch and told us that we probably wouldn't be able to have the high tea service. After some discussion, they managed to pull it together for us, and it was just so-so but I thought that was because they threw it together last minutes. The scones were cold (as if they hadn't been thawed properly), and the desserts were of the variety that you would find at Sam's club. Nonetheless, a friend of mine wanted to take me back here for my birthday and I agreed, and we had the same poor service as the first time. There was a bridal shower going on, and we were very much ignored. In fact, quite some time after our meal was over, we had to get up and go find a server so that we could pay since we could not wait any longer. The tea room is cute, and the chicken salad and soup were both pretty good, but I would not go back here again or reccomend it.

The service at this house was very nice. The waitresses were very attentive, and the decor is cute. The tea, however, leaves something to be desired. It could possibly be the worse tea I've ever been to. The tea comes in bags, and is very weak and not at all distinctive in taste. The quality of the food is poor. There is no fresh food or dairy in the place. They do not have milk, which is odd for a tea house. They do not have fresh half and half, but instead have little Moo creamer cups. They do not have real butter, and offer instead some herbed margarine. The food is very likely processed food purchased from somewhere and I swear the croissant is Pillsbury. You have to call in advance for high tea (there are no scones available if you are not having high tea), but after eating here, I am not sure high tea would be worth it. My sister and I came here as our one outing from the babies, and I wish there were more reviews on it we could have read before heading out.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Very quick service but allowed us to linger over our lunch. The bacon apple quiche and chicken salad were delicious. Awesome lemon coconut cake. I was a little disappointed in the bag lettuce salad but the Italian ranch dressing made up for it. The house is charming. Love the decor and gift shop as well.

the food is incredible, the sisters who run the place couldnt be more adorable. my grandma took me on a date to this place because she had lunched there with her lady friends before (she's eighty and adorable as well) my complaint is that they serve bagged, low quality tea. and while its served in a pot, not a lot of love goes into it. which shocked me as the rest of my experience there was so wonderful.

It's a great, fun experience. The sister/owners couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. The decor is fun and the dress-up princess parties for little girls is adorable. The food is fine, but nothing amazing.
