Kaji Aso Japanese Tea House (1 review)
I went here in the fall and it was terrific - a very authentic Japanese tea ceremony. The size of the group is limited to 5 and you must be able to sit on your knees or cross legged - so it is not too good for the arthritic joints (but possible with a little butt shifting now and then.) Read their description. The only big disappointment was the pastries - they were very minimal, but that is tradition too... so don't go hungry. It's more about the tea and watching the women prepare it. Very tranquil setting and very informative. Only open on Sundays.
