This teahouse is immaculate, with a modern design. The atmosphere is hip and artistic; the attitude is friendly and 'tea intelligent'. Kristy is so knowledgeable about every tea she offers, which are high quality whole leaf and encompass many types of black, green, white and unique varietals. Preparation is scientific... Special attention being paid to exact water temperature and time of steeping. This expert preparation gives the smoothest and fullest flavor in a cup of tea! The baked goods offered are prepared locally and are amazing and fresh! We love the Earl Gray Shortbread and the Florentines! One of the highlights of our frequent visits is hearing Kristy talk about the most recent art exhibit in her shop... She rotates local artists every six weeks and hosts an Opening on the Thursday evening of each new exhibition! Get on her email list to get an invite! She also sells tea in cool tins as well as high quality teapots and other implements.
