EMTeas is a small-batch herbal tea company based in Northern New Mexico, founded by a full-time EMT living with autoimmune disease. What began as a personal healing ritual grew into a deeper passion for functional plant medicine and intentional wellness.

I blend teas using organic herbs known to support sleep, digestion, inflammation, immune health, and stress relief — all packaged in compostable materials and shipped with care.

EMTeas is an online-only business, but you can also find me at farmers markets and wellness events throughout the region.
