High tea comparable to Brown's in London, Bettys Café in York and Mackintosh at the Willow in Glasgow. Choose multiple teas each from two dozen black teas and a dozen each of rooibos and other herbal teas. Start with mocktails, salad and soup followed by a tiered tea tray of scones, sandwiches, shortbread cookies, early grey cake and a chocolate tart bite.
