  I went in the late spring-early summer of last year after final exams. The place was hardly busy at all, yet I found the teenage staff at the time kind of rude and snarky.

  The atmosphere of the place was otherwise pleasant, though I wish they gave you the option of tea in a ceramic mug rather than only paper&plastic cups.

  This shop can get busy during special Harvard Square activities but they seem to take it in stride. The place is small so I've usually gotten my tea to go. With such a wide selection, it is nice to have a helpful staff with actual tea knowledge.

  Of the two Tealuxe locations that I have visited. I loved this one best. The atmosphere is so old world and the tea is suburb. I will never forget sipping tea with my daughter one rainy spring day... Thank you for being part of my wonderful 'Boston' memories!

  Tealuxe has tons of loose teas to choose from, and a very friendly staff. It is always busy, and there are never enough tables to take a seat.

  A teahouse with a classic coffee shop atmosphere. A wide selection of excellent teas, service that is cheerful and helpful for the new visitor. Open until 11 PM most nights of the week, so perfect for a late night cup of soothing herbal tea, or a get together with friends.

  I enjoy purchasing tea from their extensive selection to take home and brew. The tea of the day is usually a good price, but is brewed very weak. Their service is always nice though!
