TeBella Tea Company at the Oxford Exchange
This is the WORST tea room in the Tampa area. Who serves peanut butter and banana sandwiches for a Victorian tea. Also 1/8 cup of gazpacho soups to share? The tea was t much better. I will never visit this tea room again. It's the worst!

Visited location on Kennedy blvd, tampa. This was the worst afternoon tea I have ever had. Who gives you peanut butter and banana sandwiches for an Victorian tea. Also 1/8 cup of gazpacho soup to share with one of the ladies at my table. The tea wasn't any better. I will NEVER go to this location again. Horrible !
