The Whistling Kettle
I stumbled across this lovely tea room/restaurant while visiting the area a couple of years ago. Since then, I have returned with my two daughters, grandchildren, sister and friends on different occasions so they too could enjoy this unique eatery. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming - what you would expect from a tea room. The staff are courteous, efficient and upbeat, however, It is the variety of teas and delicious home baked scones/cakes that really keep me coming back for more. I can't say enough about the menu selection that includes sandwiches, crepes, wraps and homemade soups. You will not be disappointed!
